Rihanna sure knows how to party so we reckon her 25th birthday is going to be quite the night, but will it be a double celebration? According to insiders, it could be an engagement party too as the singer's boyfriend Chris Brown is reportedly planning to propose.

The star is marking her big day in Hawaii and MediaTakeOut.com claims Chris, who is officially her boyfriend wants to pop the question with a 10-carat ring costing around $3.5 million. The website claims Brown has already asked permission from Rihanna's father to marry his daughter.

The claims come as Rihanna's father recently spoke out about his hopes that Chris and his daughter do tie the knot.

"I would be ecstatic," he told Now mag if they got engaged. "He's a very old-fashioned kind of guy, with straight-up morals and he's always been very decent to me."

But before we all start planning a wedding, the couple haven't exactly seemed the most loved up of late. After a PDA session at the Grammy Awards they spent Valentine's Day apart and when partying at the same club reportedly sat apart. ! So will the ring be a sorry from Chris? The 'Stay' singer has made it pretty clear the singer is the one.
