Cops: Chris Brown snatched fans cellphone outside South Beachs Cameo

R&B star Chris Brown is in deep doo-doo today because of Rihanna, the woman he once beat up!

At least, thats what witnesses told Miami Beach police regarding an alleged robbery on Feb. 19 that could send the With You singer to prison for months, according to a law enforcement source.

Gossip Extra hears that Browns fellow rapper Tyga, who was at the scene of the incident, told police Brown got hot under the collar when he saw two female fans snapping his picture on their cellphones. Brown assumed the photos, taken outside Cameo nightclub in South Beach, would end up on the Internet, according to the Gossip Extra report.

Why would that be bad? Because, Tyga told police, Brown was taking two groupies home not good when one is trying to hook back up with ones high-profile ex-girlfriend.

Tyga told detectives: The guys trying to get back with Rihanna, and he knows that wouldnt happen if the photos ended up online, said the source, who asked to remain anonymous.

Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault in Rihannas beating in 2009. He was sentenced in Los Angeles to 1,400 hours of community service and five years probation.

Recently, however, Brown and Rihanna collaborated on two songs, and there are reports of a reconciliation.

As Brown worked his way through throngs of bystanders that night on South Beach, Brown allegedly ordered one of his two bodyguards to make two women stop photographing him.

Chris kept telling him: Erase the mother******* pictures, the law enforcement source said. Those photos cant get out there.

The bodyguard obliged, then returned the phone.

But according to the police report, from the back of his black Bentley, Brown grabbed fan Christal Spanns iPhone, called her the B-word and closed his window as the car rolled away.

Police have requested that the Miami-Dade County State Attorney issue an arrest warrant for Brown, which had yet to be done Satur! day nigh t.

The Burger Bash, a signature event of the SoBe Wine and Food Festival, was overrun by celebrities Friday night.

The most popular with the 3,500-plus guests by far was Guy Fieri, the tattooed platinum-blond host of the Food Networks Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. And a sweaty Fieri came with an entourage, including New York Knicks point guard Baron Davis and Minnesota Vikings guard Steve Hutchinson.

Im a real foodie, Davis said, biting into a Fieri burger fat enough to give anyone a heart attack. The Food Network is all I watch.

Hutchinson poured milkshakes next to Fieri.

Its idiot-proof, so thats why Guys having me do that, Hutchinson said.

WSVN-Channel 7 weather personality Julie Durda, a former San Francisco 49ers cheerleader and contestant on The Bachelor, is off the meet market again.

Durda, 32, was just engaged and is planning a fall wedding to David Radcliff, a sales manager at the station. The two are already living together in Weston.

Durda divorced her personal trainer first hubby, Bryan Francis, last year.
