Chris Brown accused of snatching woman's cell phone

Chris Brown is in trouble with the law again.
A 24-year-old woman has accused the singer of stealing her iPhone, according to a police reported obtained by E! News.

Christal Spann told the Miami Police Department that she was taking a photo of Brown, 22, with her iPhone while he was sitting in his Bentley outside of Miami Beach nightclub Cameo. She says Brown then reached through the car window, snatched her phone and said, "B---, you ain't going to put that on no website." Brown then allegedly raised his car window and drove away.
According to Spann, the incident took place on Sunday, Feb. 19 at approximately 4 a.m. The Florida State Attorney's Office was preparing a warrant for Brown's arrest Thursday on suspicion of "robbery by sudden snatching," according to the site.
Brown is currently on probation for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. In February, he received a "very positive" progress report from the judge, according to Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos. Brown has completed 701 hours of community service and has 700 hours left to complete and will be on probation through 2014.
