Drake and Chris Brown hit with big lawsuit

Chris Brown and Drake got walloped with a $16 million lawsuit over that nasty bottle-throwing nightclub brawl earlier this summer.

According to a lawsuit obtained by The New York Post, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. claims the two rappers started the scuffle at the joint clubs Greenhouse and WiP and then ordered their entourages to follow suit. EEL, the company that owns the trademark to the Greenhouse name, claims the entertainers shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman. Thats mutual ex Rihanna.

In addition to the damaged property, the suit mentions the emotional and physical damage sustained by several of the clubs patrons, which included NBA star Tony Parker, who is suing the clubs for $20 million.

Banged up

Speaking of injured, Mayim Bialik was hospitalized after a car accident in Los Angeles. The actresss left hand and thumb were cut severely. Another car had made a left turn and crashed into the former Blossom stars vehicle shortly before noon Wednesday. Her husband, Michael Stone, assured fans on Twitter that his wife will keep all her fingers and is returning to work on The Big Bang Theory set.

In trouble

The drummer for rocker Ted Nugent has pleaded not guilty to operating under the influence of intoxicants, driving to endanger, theft and assault following a joyride in a golf cart after a concert in Maine. The plea was entered on the behalf of 55-year-old Nick Brown by his defense lawyer

Getting help
