Chris Brown puts his $1.89m penthouse apartment up for sale... just a YEAR after buying it

He's frequently clashed with his neighbours since moving into the West Hollywood penthouse apartment last year.

So it's no surprise to hear Chris Brown has decided to put his three-bedroom condominium up for sale already for an impressive $1.895million - nearly $300,000 more than he paid for it in February 2011.

During his short time living at the 3,000 square foot apartment, neighbours have accused him of playing loud music late at night and racing dogs in the hallways.

He's also raked up $15,000 worth of unpaid parking citations for parking on disabled bays - which Brown's lawyer said clearly belong to him in the deeds for the apartment.

After a string of allegations about his behaviour in the block were published on TMZ, he wrote on Twitter last summer: 'So this is cleared up... My neighbour has a problem with me (as do some people)so this whole tmz story is a way to continue. The bs.

'My neighbour carves my name in our elevator to incriminate me so it looks like I'm a reckless 22-year-old.

'My parking spaces in my building that were assigned to me when I [bought] this crib are painted over with handicap and no Parking signs

'A person should be able to live in his or her own company of their house! I'm barely home so these stories and accusations are so childish! My neighbour also calls the parking enforcement everyday so I get a 360 dollar ticket for each of my cars. (everyday).'

The Turn Up The Music star, 22. hasn't spent much time in the three bedroom, four bathroom condo because he's often on the road performing.

The penthouse condo includes an open floor plan kitchen/dinner with a spacious cooking area, stainless steel appliances and Ceasarstone counter.

The luxury flooring features bamboo wood, with high ceilings throughout giving a s! pacious feeling.

The apartment also includes an office, with each bedroom having its own en-suite.

There's also two car parking spaces and the apartment is only a short drive from Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevard.

Following the clashes, Brown moved out of the West Hollywood condo and recently bought a $1.5million bachelor pad in Hollywood with a swimming pool.
