Chris Brown Lists West Hollywood Penthouse for $1.9 Million

Chris Brown is moving on out!

The "Sweet Love" singer, 22, has outgrown his spacious West Hollywood bachelor pad, which he moved into last year, and has listed the luxe unit for a cool $1.9 million.

The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse condo boasts a ton of natural sunlight, a full balcony overlooking Sunset Boulevard and comes complete with two reserved parking spaces.

Whenever the modern, decked-out digs finally sell, Brown won't be the only homeowner celebrating. Last July, TMZ reported that several of the star's neighbors were complaining about his constant partying, loud music, hallway dog races and parking his vehicles in marked handicapped spots. The condo building's residents even put in calls to Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg, detailing his behavior.

No word on where Brown is setting up his home next. The infamous ex-boyfriend of Rihanna has been hot and heavy with his girlfriend, aspiring model Karrueche Tran, for the past five months. Last month the 24-year-old beauty tweeted a pic of her smooching her beau in front of a sunset with the words "Head over heels" in the photo caption.
