Chris Brown Denies Insulting Rihanna On New Freestyle

Chris Brown has denied reports that he offended ex-girlfriend Rihanna with lyrics in his new freestyle track.

Earlier this week, Breezy posted a link on Twitter of his feature on rapper Kanye West's new tune Theraflu - later entitled Way Too Cold - where he appears to insult an ex-girlfriend in his rap.

Brown spits: "Don't f**k with my old b*tch it's like a bad fur/ Every industry n***a done had her/ Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her/ B*tch is breaking codes, but I'm the password."

Shortly after Chris tweeted the link, TMZ reports that Rihanna promptly unfollowed the Look At Me Now hitmaker, appearing to addressed his lyrics with the comment: "Aw, poor dat #neaux1currr" - thought to mean no one cares.

Following the Where Have You Been singer's reaction, Brown then also unfollowed Rihanna - despite the pair appearing to have put their turbulent relationship behind them after working together on two remixes of songs Birthday Cake and Turn Up The Music.

Breezy has now appeared to have responded to the Bajan babe on the mirco-blogging site, denying that his freestyle was about her.

Yesterday (10th May), the 23-year old wrote: "Assumptions! I didn't say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about."

Rihanna is yet to comment on Brow! n's twee t, but keep it MTV.co.uk for more on this story.
