Chris Brown is no stranger to holding the top spot, which is where he lands this week on Singersroom's Top 10 Popular R&B Singles Chart; he also assisted Tank's ascension to the second position. The new face catching a lot of positive attention is Luke James, who puts his sweet vocals center stage on 'Mo' Better Blues.' James's is setting himself apart from other new talents, as people buzz that he is the best of the 2012 talent pool.
A couple surprise breakthroughs, LaTocha (former of Xscape) and Tamia are known for dropping quality records, but it has been several years since either release new material. Listeners may not have appreciated the wait but they have been delighted in that they both can deliver high grade records.
