Turn Up The Music debuts at number one.

Chris Browns first number one single comes from his fifth studio album, Fortune. Browns previous best charting single was Run It!, which reached number two in 2006.

Sean Paul remains in second spot this week with She Doesnt Mind, while Nicki Minajs Starships climbing back into the top three.

Last weeks number one, Part Of Me by Katy Perry, drops to fourth, with Gotyes Somebody That I Used To Know in fifth.

Plan B returns to the charts this week with his new single Ill Manors in sixth spot. The track comes from the highly anticipated album and movie of the same name.

Ill Manors tackles current social issues, some related to last summers UK riots. Plan B told the Official Charts Company: "The point being made in my song Ill Manors is that society needs to take some responsibility for the cause of these riots. Why are there so many kids in this country that don't feel they have a future, or care about having a criminal record?"Ill Manors the album is due out in May.

This weeks other top 40 new entry comes from B Traits and guest vocalist Elisabeth Troy, with rave anthem Fever, debuting at 36.
