"Oh Yeah!" is one of the latest tracks Chris Brown has leaked to fans as he gears up for the release of his next studio album 'Fortune.' The treat comes on the heels of his latest feat in which he garnered his first No. 1 single on the U.K chart.

"#TeamBreezyUK YOU F**kinG DID it!!!!!!! 'turn up the music' is officially #1 on the charts! My first ever #1 in the UK!!! Omg! Speechless," Breezy wrote on Twitter. "Since we are #1 I'm releasing another free song! Just finished this too!"

Brown is also readying his next single, adding: "'till I die' single about to drop soon featuring Wiz KHaLiFa and BIG Sean!"

In related news, Brown also celebrated his UK chart accomplishment by buying himself a new Range Rover. Brown visited the Land Rover dealership in Encino, CA and dropped $80,000-plus on the new ride.
