Chris Brown sues Rihanna for herpes in fake lawsuit

While we're discussing outrageous lawsuits, why not include one that features a celebrity impostor accusing another celebrity of awful things? That's right, Chris Brown is looking to get a restraining order from Rihanna inTennessee.Well, someone claiming to be Chris Brown is, anyway.

TMZ reports the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court says Brown is afraid of how much Rihanna will hurt him, although it already says she gave himan STD, so it sounds like the hurting has long since commenced. The plaintiff wants $10 million and for "Rihanna and her case of genital herpes" to be kept away from him. Among TMZ's other salient points:

-- "(Rihanna) gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself into walls just as Jim Carrey did in the movie Liar, Liar. Then she turned around and blamed me for the matter as a form of punishment."

-- "I woke up with three blisters on my penis ... this isn't just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of Herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."

This is an utter fabrication, as we all know, because herpes fromBarbados cause way more than three blisters, to hear our friends from spring break tell it. You'd better watch yourself during those cruises, fellas.
