Chris Brown to return back to court after delayed probation hearing

Chris Brown must return back to court after the delayed probation hearing he had stemming from being convicted for domestic abuse back in 2009.

At the time of the incident, Brown was sentenced to probation for five years as well as six months of community service.

According to New York Daily News, Chris was scheduled to appear in court September 17, but the Los Angeles District Attorneys office claimed that the proceedings would take place in a week.

The probation hearing was pushed back because a judge ordered an audit of Browns community service hours after prosecutors found some discrepancies, OnTheRedCarpet reports.

Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray pointed out the lack of clarification with Chris Browns community service report because she was confused as to why he performed his hours in his hometown of Virginia, instead of Los Angeles, where the incident took place, as reported by Atlanta Black Star.

The last time Brown was in court--over a year ago, the judge revised his restraining order against Rihanna, by stating that he was to not annoy her instead of just staying away from her altogether.
