Chris Brown to head back to court for community service questions

Chris Brown is dealing with the remnants of beating up his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Although the assault took place three years ago, Brown is still facing court hearings now that a Los Angeles judge has requested an audit of the singer's community service records, Contact Music reports.

According to the report, the L.A. judge believes that the rapper may still owe hours and may not have completed the terms as ordered. Contact Music reports that Brown was supposed to appear in court Monday, but the hearing has since been pushed back so the investigation can conclude.

The Los Angeles District attorney told the Associated Press that the hearing has been delayed for at least a week to compile more information, On The Red Carpet reports.

Since the assault, Rihanna and Brown have worked together and just recently openly embraced during the Video Music Awards. Rihanna also notoriously confessed her love and heartache from her relationship with Brown during her interview with Oprah Winfrey on The Next Chapter.

A date has not been set as of yet for Brown to return to court.
