Nicole Scherzinger has been spotted putting her lips on what looks a lot like Chris Brown's lips and then doing some kind of standing-up-spooning and we don't know what's going on but we're 97% certain that we don't like it.

*deep breath*

The pair were helping to host the Supperclub's Black Diamond Pyramid party in LA, when an insider claims she saw them making out in front of the whole room.

"They were dancing close for a while and being all touchy-feely and finally Chris leaned into her.

She put her head on his shoulder and they started kissing! I couldn't believe Chris was being so obvious about it!"

And while it seems a bit unlikely that Nicole would jeopardise her relationship ! with Lew is Hamilton in front of a room full of camera phones, the pair are obviously pretty close.

Which means it probably wasn't her who was sticking these on Chris Brown's albums in HMV, at any rate.

The night out came just hours after Rihanna tweeted Chris Brown and referred to him as her "baby". So we're not sure whether she'll enjoy looking at these pictures.

So maybe she should look at these ones instead, which show Chris and Nicole leaving the club separately after their little tete-a-tete.

And maybe she should read what Chris Brown's rep had to say about it:

Update: Nicole's spokeswoman has since released this statement: "There is no truth to the ridiculous story. The photos are of old friends trying to talk at a very loud club. They were not kissing."

In other news, we're not going to comment on the fact that Nicole isn't wearing her bra. After all, Kylie appears to have decided that underwear isn't necessary these days. And who are we to argue with Kylie.
