People: Chris Brown buys mansion, leaves troubles behind

Chris Brown is putting all his angry neighbors and parking issues at his West Hollywood condo behind him.

The rapper has bought a mansion in Hollywood Hills for $1.5 million, according to Radaronline.

Brown's new 2,500-square-foot home has three bedrooms and a pool, the website says.

Apparently the onlyparking spaces at his previous homewere handicap spots, leading to numerous tickets and parking fines.

"This is a much better fit for Chris. He won't have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house," a source told the website.

Brown is in New York"on business" after spending time with family and friends in his home state of Minnesota, a source close to the 26-year-old told People.

Also, sources close to Humpries say despite reports, he'snot going todo battle over the divorce and he hasn't hired a new attorney.

"He will be signing the papers," says ! a source close to Humphries, adding that there will be no legal battle. And about the new lawyer: "There's nothing new about it," says the sourceadding that he's had the same lawyer "since day one."

Jay-Z is imagining buckling a child car seat into his $1 million Maybach.

He told GQ he's envisioning it after he was named one of the GQ Men of the Year. (Actually GQ dubbed him "King of the Year.")

She also expressed her appreciation for his saying that there just isn't enough we can do for those in uniform, and how his being with them nearly brought tears to his eyes.
