Chris Brown's new house in Los Angeles just miles away from ex-girlfriend RiRi

New York, Nov 25 : Chris Brown is said to have bought a new pad in Los Angeles, which is not too far from his ex-girlfriend Rihannas house.

According to real estate website Zillow, the 22-year-old R and B star bought the three-bedroom home in late October for 1.55 million dollars, the New York Daily News reported.

Brown seemed to have scored a bit of a deal on the property, because it was originally listed for 2,669,000 dollars in 2009.

About 8 miles away, the Barbadian singer is trying to sell her property for 4.5 million dollars, after she filed a lawsuit claiming that the house was poorly constructed and has multiple leaks causing serious damage.

The With You hitmaker has been living in a penthouse apartment in a seven-unit West Hollywood condo building, where neighbours have complained that he parks in handicapped spaces, plays loud music and races dogs in the buildings hallways.
