Neighbourhood pressure may have forced Chris Brown out of his former West Hollywood pad but Breezy has quickly set up home in a new 'hood. His new home is located just down the road in the Hollywood Hills, after dropping $1.5m on a three-bedroom mansion.

Earlier this year residents in Breezy's old area made it clear the singer was not welcome, telling press he parked in handicapped bays, played music at all hours and had even defaced property.

Brown denied all the allegations - but ended up moving anyway, taking the keys to a 2,500 sq. ft. crib with a pool out back.

"This is a much better fit for Chris. He won’t have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house," a source told RadarOnline.

Breezy ran into so much trouble back at his old pad he apparentely has not even been able to sell it yet, the source claiming he is still "involved in litigation."
