NBA star Tony Parker is reportedly looking for a $20 million payout following the Chris Brown, Drake brawl at a nightclub in New York last year after claiming to have sustained injuries in a lawsuit filed on Thursday.

The two stars were partying at the W.i.P club in SoHo last June when a brawl broke out between their entourages, with bottles thrown and innocent bystanders injured. According to the suit filed in the State Supreme Court in Manhattan, Parker, who was partying separately at the establishment, is holding the club and operators accountable for letting the fight break out, claiming they were negligent in security and supervision, according to the Associated Press.

Parker claimed as a result of the fight he received "corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries" which left him "unable to attend to his usual duties and vocations." He also claimed as a result of the injury he, "incurred various expenses and other special damages."

In the lawsuit, according to TMZ Parker claims the club knew of bad blood, between the two stars but continued to sell participants! in the brawl alcohol despite appearing "visibly intoxicated."

The suit reads: "The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two."

In failing to adequately secure the premises; in failing to have sufficient and efficient security; in failing to contact the police in a timely manner; in seeking to cover up what occurred; in creating a trap, hazard and a nuisance."

It reportedly continues: In failing to properly monitor activity at the club; in violating the applicable laws, rules and regulations; and defendants were otherwise reckless, careless and negligent."

The 30 year-old reportedly confirmed he expected to receive $20 million in compensation.
