Chris Brown and Drake are being sued over their New York City nightclub brawl.

The duo escaped charges following a fight at W.i.P. Nightclub in June 2012, which left a number of people injured including Eva Longoria's former husband Tony Parker.

After Parker filed a civil suit against the club seeking damages after suffering a corneal laceration W.i.P's owners filed documents insisting all damages should come from Drake and Brown.

According to TMZ, the club insisted the duo "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the fight and should be held responsible for compensation.

In the paperwork Parker previously filed he alleges that the club's security was negligent for allowing the fight to ever happen.

Drake i! s alleged to have started the fight after claims his entourage sent a note to Brown about his girlfriend Rihanna - who split from Brown in February 2009 after he assaulted her before reconciling last year.

However, criminal charges were not filed as investigators found insufficient evidence to prosecute the pair.

Surveillance footage of the incident was said to be too blurry to identify anyone and interviews with those involved were inconclusive.
