R&B singer Chris Brown and Drake may have gone their separate ways after last summer's publicized New York City nightclub brawl, however, they both are being targeted in a hefty lawsuit.

According to reports, Manhattan hot spot W.i.P is directing NBA star Tony Parker, who sustained injuries from the incident, to Drizzy and Breezy for any and all legal matters.

The owners of the nightclub where Chris Brown and Drake brawled last year are doing whatever they can to get out of paying Tony Parker for his injuries ... saying the two rappers should cut him a check if he wins his lawsuit ... and not them. The owners of W.i.P. (who are facing several lawsuits) filed docs last week in New York saying Parker's beef should be with Brown and Drake ... claiming they were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the fight. The club wants any and all damages awarded to Parker to come from Brown and Drake. The case is still pending. (TMZ)

Reports of Parker's pricey legal case made nationwide headlines last June.

The club is also facing a $20 million lawsuit from NBA star Tony Parker over injuries he sustained in the fight. The suit centers around many of the same charges the club is facing from the liquor authority: they didn't do enough to stop the fight, they didn't have enough security working when the fight started, and they should have known better than to let two guys who've publicly feuded for the same girl into the club at the same time. Parker was in the V.I.P. section when the fight broke out, and suffered an injury to his cornea in the ensuing melee. An injury to his eye, the suit argues, isn't exactly great for Parker's basketball career. Therefore, $20 million please. (The Atlantic Wire)

The San Antonio Spurs point guard claimed he nearly lost an eye at the hands of Brown and the nightclub's insufficient security.

NBA superstar Tony Parker said Friday he was hit in the eye by shards of glass when bottles started flying and exploding at the W.I.P. club. The 6-foot-2-inch point guard said he was living it up with pals at the SoHo nightspot "when a fight broke out" early Thursday between the posses of rapper Drake and R&B star Chris Brown. Parker, who is supposed to play for France in the Summer Olympics next month, said he could have lost an eye. (New York Daily News)

A few weeks ago, both Drake and Chris took legal action against one another.

The two are suing each other, claiming that the other party started their fight last June 14, which left multiple people, including female patrons, NBA star Tony Parker, and even Brown himself, injured from the broken g! lass that! rained down on the VIP section of W.i.P. in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. Their reasoning? Both Brown and Drake, as well as the club, are being sued by a French-born model named Romain Julien, who claims he was left with limited mobility in his right hand following surgery he required for a severed tendon he sustained in the fight. If a judge rules in favor of Julien, both Brown and Drake want to be sure the other man will be the one responsible for paying up. (Yahoo News)
