Rihanna and Chris Brown Are Still Very Much Together

There was mass confusion Friday about whether or not Chris Brown was still dating his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Well, now the dust has settled and turns out the the whole thing was a giant misunderstanding. Bottom line: They're still together.

Now here's the whole story. An L.A. radio station tweeted this Friday: "Are you still w/Rihanna? @Chris Brown: 'Uh, no-that's the short answer," which clearly led everyone to think Breezy and his lady were dunzo, for the millionth time.

But, turns out that quote was from an old interview. A Power 106 rep explained later (via E! News): "Chris Brown's comment of that he's not with Rihanna was from when Chris was here last, which Big Boy used to set up the question he asked Chris this morning." The tweet has since been deleted.

When Brown was on the show Friday, Big Boy teased him about the "um, no" comment. "The last time you came into the Neighborhood, did you lie to us?" the DJ joked.

"I plead the Fifth!" Brown said. "Nah, I didn't lie to you, man. I just didn't tell all the truth."

Brown also said Friday that it's been a while since he's seen his gal, since she's on her "Diamonds World Tour" at the moment. "Man, it's been a minute though, 'cause I haven't had a chance to go out there on th! e tour yet, 'cause I've been working, but I seen her right before she went out," he said, adding that he's going to fly out to see her soon.

Then it got really mushy. "Are you in love, Chris?" Big Boy asked.

"Huh?" Brown said, before softening up. "I'm a lover, man. Definitely in love."
