10. In 2009, Brown was arrested after an argument with his girlfriend Rihanna went ugly. He was charged with criminal threats and violence toward Rihanna. This was the turning point in Browns career as many fans began to question their loyalty to his music. Brown struggled from then on out to clear his name. He was released from jail after posting $50,000 bail.
