Chris Brown may be back in court next month; a Sofia Vergara engagement?

Chris Brown is scheduled to be back in court next month for the first time in several months. An L.A. Superior Court judge has ordered that he appear at a hearing on Aug. 21 after a prosecutor requested an audit to determine how much of his community service Brown has performed. Brown remains on probation after pleading guilty in 2009 to assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna. His probation offices had previously given him positive progress reports. (Associated Press)
