Club where Chris Brown and Drake scuffled receives 14 citations

The New York State Liquor Authority has issued W.i.P., the site of the June 15 bottle-throwing incident between Chris Brown and Drake, 14 citations and says the club is in danger of losing its liquor license.

Among the charges is one count of not stopping the 4 a.m. fight between Drake and Chris Brown that left several injured, according to the Daily News.

The nightclub is also charged for other fights, excessive noise, using unlicensed bodyguards and some drug-related incidents. The club has previously been cited for selling alcohol to minors, using unlicensed bodyguards and violating noise and fire ordinances.

Club representatives have until July 11 to respond to the charges.

Because of the charges, the club is in danger of losing its liquor license, reports Fox News.

Theyre absolutely in jeopardy of losing their licenses, said State Liquor Authority spokesman William Crowley. They have a number of prior charges, too, so that comes into play when were looking at taking action.

In addition to the citations, the club is also currently dealing with a $20 million lawsuit from NBA star Tony Parker who was injured during the June 15 incident.
