Club W.i.P. in Manhattan was shut down after a bottle-throwing brawl between Drake and Chris Brown. Authorities have signed off on a new plan to reopen the venue on July 8.

The controversial SoHo nightclub that was shut down after Chris Brown and Drake duked it out over former-flame Rihanna can reopen, but with no booze for now.

The good news for nightclub W.i.P. and its sister venue Greenhouse came Friday, after City Attorney Adam Hirsch told Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Geoffrey Wright that the NYPD and club owners made a deal that meant paying a fine and hiring more security managers.

In return, the two hotspots can reopen July 8 but they cant serve booze until the state liquor authority restores their license.

Up to 25 people were hurt during the June 14 throw-down between Drake and Brown, and there have been at least seven other fights in the clubs since early May, Liquor Authority attorney Thomas Jones said during the court proceedings.
