Chris Brown Will Be Attending Grammys, First Time Since Rihanna Incident

Chris Brown plans on making a triumphant return to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 11, 2012 RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Brown is nominated for three Grammys, Best R & B Album, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song.

It was only three years ago that Brown was arrested and charged with felony battery on his then girlfriend, Rihanna, on the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards.
"Chris has grown tremendously as a person, and an artist from that time in his life, a source close to Brown tells RadarOnline.com. Chris has complied with all terms of his probation and has completed most of his court ordered community service. He has been a model probationer, bu! t more i mportantly, Chris accepted responsibility for what he did. Chris took that experience and vowed to learn from it and become a better person, and he was thrilled and truly humbled that he was nominated for three Grammys.

Chirs absolutely plans on attending the Grammys and is in talks with producers of the show to possibly perform. Chris performed at the MTV Video Music Awards several months ago, and his performance was simply over the top as he was flying through the air like an acrobat. Chris' performance stole the show, and he would love to do something at the Grammy's to top his VMA performance," the insider says.
Rihanna is nominated for several Grammys as well. A Los Angeles judge eased the restraining order that had been in place since Brown pleaded no contest to the battery charge. This was done to avoid any legal issues if the two were to be at an awards ceremony or other work related event.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Chris Brown recently bought a swanky Hollywood Hills mansion for a cool $1.5 million dollars.
The R&B star's new digs feature more than 2,500 square feet, with three bedrooms and a pool. Chris moved out of his West Hollywood condo that he bought earlier this year because of parking disputes.

The allocated parking spaces for Chris condo were marked as handicapped only and he quickly racked up thousands of dollars in parking fees, which he paid. His powerhouse attorney, Mark Geragos successfully got the parking tickets dismissed and got his client his money back.
Meanwhile, Brown will be be hosting a New Year's Eve bash at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. VIP tables are available starting at $1,500.
