Drake and Chris Brown Fight in NYC Bar Over Rihanna - Best Hip Hop Feuds of All Time

The music industry has had plenty of feuds between artists over the years. From Tupac and Biggie to Eminem and Everlast, we've seen hip-hop artists battle it out either on their records or in person.

The most recent feud in hip-hop appears to be between Drake and Chris Brown over their past love, Rihanna. The two hip-hop artists were involved in a nasty fight in a NYC club early Thursday morning with their entourages when the two started throwing punches and bottles at each other.

Brown went on Twitter, posting a picture of his face that included a bad cut on chin, laughing about the situation. He tweeted, "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!." He later deleted his tweets about the fight.

The fight reportedly started when Drake confronted Brown after Brown sent over a bottle to Drake's table. Drake then punched him in the face and threw a bottle at him.

The two have been rivals ever since the domestic abuse case between Rihanna and Brown. Rihanna has had close relationships with both artists and recently made headlines in the past year when hanging out with the Brown, something that surprised both her fans and others in the industry considering the abuse that! took pl ace in 2009. The brawl between Brown and Drake isn't the first feud in hip-hop and it certainly won't be the last. Let's take a look at other battles in hip-hop.

Biggie vs. Tupac

You really can't mention feuds in hip-hop without mentioning the West Coast/East Coast battle of the '90s between these two artists and their entourages. Biggie and Tupac regularly dissed each other on their albums, in interviews, and things became extra heated when Biggie's estranged wife Faith Evans was reportedly hooking up with Tupac. After the death of both talented artists the feud between the two coasts ended.

Jay-Z vs. Nas

These two have been feuding for over 10 years and the feud is still going strong today. The fight between these two first began when Jay-Z attacked Nas on his 2001 album, "The Blueprint." Nas went on his own record dissing the hip-hop legend and the two have remained enemies. Just this week Nas had planned to lynch a fake Jay-Z at the 2012 Hot '97 summer festival, something he tried to do back in 2002 at the festival. When Hot '97 rejected the lynching for the second time Nas pulled out as the festival's headliner. A video of the fake Jay-Z that was created for the stunt has surfaced and is thoroughly creepy.

50 Cent vs. Ja Rule50 Cent has been feuding with Ja Rule and his Murder Inc. entourage for years. This battle first began when Murder Inc. accused 50 cent of stealing jewelry from Ja Rule although others say 50 Cent was snubbed at a Ja Rule video shoot. We don't know what the real cause of the feud is but things got ugly when 50 showed up to The Hit Factory i! n 2000 w hen members of Murder Inc. were present, resulting in 50 being stabbed three times. He recovered and the two have continued to diss each other over the years.
