Selena Gomez and Rihanna, you are both gorgeous, talented, intelligent women who dont deserve to be treated like doormats by your boyfriends Justin Bieber and Chris Brown.

You both have millions of fans and plenty of male admirers but meanwhile you are choosing to accept second best relationships, and you need to ask yourselves why.

Selena, why do you keep taking Justin Bieber back when he has now steppe! d out wit! h Victorias Secret supermodel Barbara Palvin twice?

First he was photographed and videotaped backstage gawking at Barbara at the Victorias Secret show taping in New York on Nov. 7 and then taking her toThe Lion King, the next night.

Selena, you were furious with Justin for publicly practically drooling over Barbara and other Victorias Secret models, and you broke up with him after this.

They both have low self-esteem, explains Beverly Hills psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman, autho! r of the book, Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets.

It doesnt matter that theyre big stars, they can still have self-esteem issues, especially when it comes to men, says Dr. Lieberman. It has to do with their childhoods Rihanna grew up with an abusive dad and Selena had an absentee father.

They havent had good male role models. According to relationship expert, Dr. Gilda Carle, both Rihanna and Selena are allowing themselves to be in emotionally hurtful relationships because they dont see themselves as deserving of the full enchilada. They are willing to accept crumbs.

Selena, Rihanna this just isnt right. You both deserve to have men who worship the ground you both walk on.

But when you both keep going back to men who are publicly disrespecting and humiliating you by seeing other women, you are making Justin and Chris value you even less.

When they keep making up and breaking up, theyre ruining their chances of having good relationships because these guys will respect them even less, warns Dr. Lieberman.

I know it can be really confusing to you both, Selena and Rihanna, because Justin and Chris keep chasing after you, after you do break up with them only to disrespect you again.

Why Dont Justin and Chris Break Up With Selena and Rihanna?

So why are they doing this? Why wont they ! just let ! you girls go?

Justin probably is in a confused state. On one hand, hes young just 18 and hes at a time of his life when he wants to sow his wild oats, but then he does love Selena and he sees her as an anchor, believes Dr. Lieberman.

And honestly Selena, he is just 18, and he has millions of young women throwing themselves at him. No matter how much he cares about you, he has a buffet of temptation in front of him at all times.

As for Chris, he also at 23, is in the sowing his wild oats stage of life, and he also has millions of female fans, aside from Karreuche Tran, tempting him. But he may also feel insecure with you Rihanna not quite sure that you truly will stay with him. He may on some subconscious level be afraid that YOU will leave him again.

Karreuche is a security blanket, whos not threatening or challenging, believes Dr. Lieberman.

What Selena Gomez and Rihanna Need To Do Now

So ladies what should you do?

I know its hard, but you have to dump these unappreciative guys. Dump them and dump them for good.

But you also have to settle in for some serious therapy. Both of you need to get to the bottom of why youre willing to accept second best relationships.

Only then, will you whole heartedly believe that you DESERVE to be #1 with a man you love. And Selena and Rihanna, you do DESERVE it! Believe me.
